Our famous and award-winning Vin Gris of Pinot Noir is now available.
This wine is made using the traditional saignée method, exclusively utilizing grapes from our Sonoma Coast vineyards. Once fermented, the wine is then aged in neutral French oak for 6 months which helps give it that unique texture and mouth-feel that has made this wine so famous.
A hazy, golden-green color introduced this very special California Chardonnay. Hand-crafted using old-world techniques and style it is barrel-fermented in 100% French oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, this wine exudes impeccable balance. Aromas of lemon curd and orange blossoms intermingled with croissants and wet stones. Flavors of Mirabelle plums, blood-orange zest and Gravenstein apple are heightened by a hint of anise and salty minerality. The crisp, persistent finish carries through to the next sip. Drink now or over the next 5-8 years.

A pale yellow-green color introduces aromas of ripe pear, green apple, and citrus notes that mingle with an underlying flint-laden, smoky component. Rich nuances of baked apple, lemon curd tartlet, and roasted hazelnuts coalesce on a lingering finish, marked with mineral tension. Drinking well now, but expect this wine to continue to improve with another 6-12 months in the cellar. Crafted to be aged, this wine should provide an extraordinary drinking experience for the next 5-8 years.

The underlying theme of producing Pinot noir that is not typically "California" in style, has prevailed once again. Created to harness the best of its older brother, the 2012 vintage, this wine strives to tie old-world to new-world. Aromas of petrol, tar, tobacco, red fruits and baking spices rise from the glass. Delineated flavors of ripe raspberry, cranberry and blood orange are interlaced with juniper berry, black tea, smoked meats and soft chewy tannins. Although this wine is remarkably approachable and drinks exceptionally well right now, it will only get better over the next 10-15 years.

The English Hill Vineyard is an eight acre parcel planted to three clones on a wind swept knoll, where we are pushing the boundaries of farming. A true expression of the Sonoma Coast, this wine exhibits aromas and flavors that make us think of salty, winter sea breezes grazing the edge of a steep, rocky shore. Bright and lively aromas of red fruits highlighted by a citrus component that mingle with juniper, sumac, tobacco and cedar. Slightly more stout in structure than its Russian River Valley sister, the cool site origins are apparent with the cranberry and pomegranate flavors wrapped up in a lingering finish of citrus pith. Drink now or over the next 15 years.

A medium ruby color introduces a complex bouquet dominated by aromas of smoked meats, petrol, and well-worn leather.
These are softened by aromas of cranberry, pomegranate, and a sweet floral component. Similar flavors decorated with a tar or resin characteristic sweep across the palate. Chewy tannins and a mineral-laced finish hint at its mountainside origins. Designed to age, this wine should provide an exceptional drinking experience for the next 8-10 years.

This is the big brother to our Van der Kamp Vineyard bottling, and represents the confluence of our experimental nature and passion for tradition. A medium, ruby-red color introduces a complex bouquet of leather, tar, brined olives, crushed herbs, and dried rose petals. Flavors of dried fruits, sumac, anise and lavender float across the palate. Smooth, soft
tannins are balanced by perfect acidity that creates a lingering, red-fruited finish. Drink now or over the next 10 years or more.
